Mon to Fri Let in Modern 3 Bed House in Sutton

I am letting a room (mon-fri) in my modern 3 bedroom detached home in Sutton Coldfield. It is a good size double bedroom with a double bed, wooden blinds, bedside tables (incl lamps) and a double wardrobe. You would have sole use of the main bathroom (pictures included). Downstairs there are 2 TV areas. Sutton Coldfield is a 15 minute walk. I am a 3-5 minute walk to Good Hope Hospital. I am a 49 year old professional. I enjoy spending time with family, keeping fit at the gym and visiting new places.
