Room in Streetly

Hi. Looking for someone to rent a single bedroom in my house in Streetly, Sutton Coldfield due to mortgage/household bills being an absolute joke

I'm a sociable 26-year-old professional and I get on with pretty much everyone, and the lad who also lives here is the same age.


We’re looking for someone else who is sociable, active and ideally a similar age to us. Crucially, we need someone who is considerate, respectful, contributes a bit to cleaning, and tidies up after themselves (not asking a lot).

Public transport not great in streetly to be honest and no train station within walking distance, so this is ideally suited to someone who has a car.
