Three bedrooms available in a large house

Hi, i have three bedrooms available for rent in a spacious 4 bed semi detached house.

(1) The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 WC and 1 Large family toilet shower, Kitchen
(2) There is also a separate annexe which is a 4th bedroom with its own kitchen, bedroom, ensuite and a private entrance.

The main house has 3 bedrooms but only 2 bedrooms will be let.
