You are paying for the use of a double bedroom which is furnished with a double bed with mattress, 1 bedside unit, a built-in wardrobe and drawers, a desk and chair, on the first floor of the property. You have access to the shower, toilet and wash basin in a bathroom on the first floor; lounge, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor.

We are a family of 4 (husband, wife and 2 children who walks to school nearby).
We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful, responsible and friendly.

No pets allowed, no smoking/vaping.
Utility bills of water/gas/electricity/council tax included in the rent.
Use of washing machine and broadband/wifi included.

Will consider short to medium term let.
