I am moving to Wales and on occasion will return for a night as I have a double bedroom at the front of the property, to see family and occasional events here, so you may bump into me but it would be very rarely.
I feel the unique and attractive thing about this rental is that you would be paying for a room and 95% of The time you will get the whole of the large apartment to yourself.
Approximately this could be saving roughly £300-400 !
All bills included
.. however when I get the electric meter fitted in a month or two, I would ask for a contribution of half of the top up amount. I won't be using the electric apart for the odd night every month or two!
Council tax, water, TV licence etc all inclusive in the rent. All repairs will be my responsibility of course and dealt with promptly once you make me aware of any problems.

Reliable fast regular bus links, 3 train stations nearby to chose from.
There is a great variety of shops, eateries, restaurants, supermarkets within mins walk. To add, the Princess Alice Drive shopping centre is 4min walk with a gym, Costa, boots ,m&s food hall, Curries, Greggs, a large Tesco, Poundland, opticians, 2x doctors surgeries, dentist within mins walk. ETC!
The apartment is situated next door to Aldi which is AMAZING and super convenient!
There is a large communal off road carpark for you & any visitors you may have, with ample space always. There are large, spacious, well kept & maintained communal gardens on the front and rear which are a great spot to grab a chair, go read a book in the summer, have a BBQ and get together with friends (in the warmer seasons!
The room itself is a large master double bedroom, huge windows overlooking the rear gardens and not overlooking houses for good privacy. It has a double huge built in wardrobe floor to ceiling and a lock and chain on the door for privacy and ultimate safety for you. I currently have a double bed base in there and also have a 2 seater recliner in there for a 2nd little extra lounge area in the bedroom.
The kitchen is large with a dining area and also there is a 2nd dining area in the lounge sectioned off for you to chose where to eat, study or work from.
I am open to a Monday to Friday tenancy for workers for a reduced price or can accommodate a full 7 day a week tenancy. I am open to rolling month short term tenancies or longer term tenancies to suit your needs.
Viewings available today but be quick to secure yourself a good deal of pay for a room and get a whole large apartment for no extra cost mostly to yourself.
