Outside, there's a wildlife-friendly rear garden that's a lovely place to relax. Whether you're enjoying a morning coffee while watching the birds in the rocking chair next to the bifold doors, or picking apples from the tree in autumn to cook with, it's a peaceful space to unwind.

A little about me:
I work in environmental protection and public health, and home is a peaceful place to recharge. I enjoy cooking dishes from around the world, pottering in the garden to grow produce and encourage wildlife, dancing, catching up with friends, spending time outdoors (Sutton Park is one of my favourite nearby escapes), hiking and travelling.

If you don't mind giving my ever-growing collection of houseplants the occasional drink while I'm away, they'll be very grateful!

I'm looking for someone who sees a house as a home rather than simply somewhere to sleep. It's a relaxed household rather than a party house, so if you're responsible, considerate and easy-going, and appreciate a calm, respectful home, I think you'll feel comfortable here.

My current lodger is moving after 3 years.
