There’s bus stops less than 2 mins walk away for buses to Birmingham City Centre and the train station is under 30 mins walk away.
There is space for your car on the drive.

The house is available now and comes fully furnished. All furniture is in excellent condition. It includes an oven, microwave, gas hobs, american fridge-freezer and washing machine.
There is one shared bathroom but the property has an additional downstairs toilet.

Rent is at £750 pcm and all bills are included (electricity, water, council tax and unlimited high-speed broadband).
Electric car charging is also available but will incur an extra charge of £50 pcm to the rent amount.
Professionals and students will be considered.
