Excellent location - easy access to Sutton Coldfield town centre. Good rail and bus links to Birmingham city centre. Within walking distance there is a 24 hour Tesco, Marks & Spencer food hall and Boldmere high street which has a variety of restaurants, shops and bars. There are also two local gyms - Bannatynes and LA fitness. Sutton Park is a stones throw away.

All bills are included. No additional charges.
