With all bills included (except broadband which is £8 pw), this Double room comes tops and is available immediately for short stays only. Maximum stay is 4 weeks, although this can be extended on an agreed basis only.

Clean, airy & spacious with the basics, the room is situated in the quiet suburbs of Royal Sutton Coldfield, within easy reach of bus, train and motorway connections amongst other amenities.

This is a vegetarian/ vegan household with a non-smokingn/non-vaping policy. Use of the usual common rooms allowed (which are kitchen, tv room, meditation room, sun room & garden).

NOTE - no Bedding is not provided in the interest of hygiene; only a mattress protector is. You would need to bring your own pillows, duvet etc. An ironing board together with an airer for your clothes is provided.

Cleanliness is a must and it is expected without asking, that all areas are kept neat, tidy and clean.

There is a cancellation fee chargeable for a no-show after having paid for the room. All Payments are to be made in advance. This is a weekly let and so there is no refund for having moved out earlier in the week before actual of vacating.

In addition, a Refundable deposit of £200 is required prior to taking up the room. This will be refunded as long as there is no breakage, damage and/ or loss caused by the lodger. If there is any such breakage, damage and/ or loss, then a percentage shall be deducted from the deposit.
