I have a sizeable south facing garden where you can absorb the sunshine on an afternoon or evening.

There is a bathroom and upstairs toilet all in fantastic condition for you to use for bathes
There is also a downstairs toilet room for use which the other tenant uses so he just uses the upstairs bathroom for a shower.
Very fast broadband and unlimited too for ease of use! :)

If you drive, you are most welcome to park on the drive as there is plenty of room.
The train station (Four Oaks is an 8 min walk from here)
The bus stop is 5 mins for Brum and the one for Sutton is by the house.
With regards to amenities, Four Oaks and surrounds offer an array of features. There are green fields and a 7 mile park to enjoy.
There are a good handful of bars, pubs, Indian / Chinese restaurants and coffee shops. And for lazy evenings two pizza deliveries and a chip shop!

With regards to me, I'm an easy going professional.
I'm fun, dynamic, enjoy a laugh and some privacy ( and no doubt you do too)
I also have a cleaner sometimes making life a little easier for us.
