Excellent location for health professionals as 30 second walk to Good Hope Hospital and 7 minutes walk to Sutton Coldfield town centre. Good rail and bus links to Birmingham city centre (7 minutes walk). Easy access to the motorway network with the M6, M6 toll, M42, M40 and M5 close by.

Smokers allowed but only outside.

Must be ok with dogs - we have 1 small friendly dog called Gracie (please see photo attached)
