There are easy links to Sutton and Birmingham from here and quick access by road to the M42, A38, M6 toll and the M6/M5. Chester Road rail station is only 5 minutes walk away, so New Street station is usually about a 20-30 minute journey from the house. Bus routes to Sutton and Birmingham run frequently and are only a couple of minutes walk up the road, as are shops, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, locally run take-aways and the post office. Costa Coffee, MacDonalds, Dominos and several other other take-away chains are also nearby as is the local pub.

Four other lodgers share this friendly and warm home. There is a shared spacious well-equipped kitchen, you will have your own food storage space, your own freezer and fridge space, use of the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The house has an impressively large light and airy open-plan communal dining/lounge area with a wood-burning stove in the inglenook period fireplace. There are comfy easy chairs to watch the smart TV but you can also easily see TV programmes from the dining table.

You share the 5-piece large family bathroom with only two others since three other bedrooms are en-suite. The main bathroom has a very large bath and a separate shower cubicle. There is plenty of storage space too. There is also a downstairs cloakroom.

The house has a landscaped garden with patio area to the rear and on and off road parking to the front. The patio faces due south so when the weather plays ball, it's a real sun trap in summer!

The current housemates are friendly and easy to get along with. Ideally, we are looking for a tidy and considerate professional who has a good sense of humour!

Please note, this room is absolutely ideal as a weekday room for those who work away from home and is available as a Mon-Fri let at REDUCED RENT!
