This cosy double sized bedroom is ideal for a single person.
This immaculate room is deceptively spacious and is centrally heated and triple glazed, boasting a very large built in wardrobe, a large chest of drawers, bed and a small desk. Freeview TV and password protected 500Mb wifi is available in all bedrooms in the house. There is a mesh system dish on the landing to provide good signal strength in the upstairs rooms. The room is in really great condition having just been refurbished and has a recent carpet and mattress.

The house is a renovated and improved surprisingly large Victorian detached house convenient for local shops, take-aways, pub etc.

All bedrooms have insulated external walls exceeding building regulations (as of 2003) providing greater comfort and energy efficiency than most older characterful properties offer. The house is also partially powered by solar PV panels installed eleven years ago so it is much greener than most of the UK housing stock.

There are easy links to Sutton and Birmingham from here and quick access by road to the M42, A38, M6 toll and the M6/M5. Chester Road rail station is only a 5 minutes walk away, so New Street station is usually about a 20-30 minute journey from the house. Bus routes to Sutton and Birmingham run frequently and are only a couple of minutes walk up the road, as are shops, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, locally run take-aways and the post office. Costa Coffee, MacDonalds, Dominos and several other other take-away chains are also nearby as is the local pub.

Four other lodgers share this friendly home. There is a shared spacious well-equipped kitchen, you will have your own food storage space, your own freezer and fridge space, use of the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The house has an impressively large light and airy open-plan communal dining/lounge area with a wood-burning stove in the inglenook period fireplace. There are comfy easy chairs to watch the smart TV but you can also easily see TV programmes from the dining table.

You share the 5-piece large family bathroom with a maximum of two others since three other bedrooms are en-suite. The main bathroom has a very large bath and a separate shower cubicle. There is plenty of storage space too. There is also a downstairs cloakroom.

The house has a landscaped garden with patio areas to the rear and on and off road parking to the front. The main patio faces due south so when the weather plays ball, it's a real sun trap in summer!

Ideally, we are looking for a tidy, clean and considerate professional who has regular working hours and a good sense of humour!
