A furnished double bedroom with walk in shower, toilet and sink next to bedroom and exclusively used by flatmate. The bedroom is equipped with wardrobe, bedside chest of drawers and a computer desk/work area. You will also have your own sitting room with TV and Sky and Broadband available. The sitting room is spacious, comfortable and exclusive to you. The kitchen facilities are shared. There is a shared conservatory where meals can be eaten. We are a friendly couple with a good sense of humour, sociable and outgoing. Our family, who visit often, range in age between 32 and 23 so we are good at getting along with young professionals as well as people nearer our own age. We welcome interaction but value your privacy which will be respected at all times. The house is in a pleasant residential area within walking distance of the town of Sutton Coldfield and a five minute walk from Good Hope Hospital. Parking is available on the drive. We will do all we can to make your time here comfortable.
