Have a bedroom AND your very own lounge!!

Why just have a room when you can have both a bedroom and a lounge in a lovely, large, victorian house for the same sort of money?

We currently have 1 vacancies (newly available property; We've only just moved in ourselves.) and although we are keen to rent them out, it is hugely important to us that we get the right people.

We're friendly, quiet, peaceful people, who are respectful of people's privacy, but always happy to chat and would like similar. We're very open minded about who we would like to live with and aren't concerned at all about people's lifestyle etc. as long as you're not playing dubstep etc. at full blast until 3am....

Facilities are shared, but generous, so there shouldn't be any fighting over bathrooms, storage etc.
