The house is semi-detached with two reception rooms – one of which is available for lodger’s private use - large kitchen, three bedrooms, upstairs bathroom and separate upstairs and downstairs toilets.

Rent includes all utility bills including broadband, and a cleaner comes in once a week (ironing can be arranged for small cost). Please note there is only freeview TV, not Sky. Use of kitchen and bathroom is shared.
