The rent is £305 excluding water, energy and internet (though everything is set up already). The contract runs until July 2019 but may be renewed for a further year.
There is a bus stop within two minutes of the house with direct connections to the city centre. The University of Warwick can be reached either by bike (~15 minutes one way) or by foot (~40min one way) along a quiet route with little to no traffic. Bike including lights and helmet available for rent / sale upon request.
You will share the house with three Warwick PhD students (one female, two male).
