I have one very large room for rental in a happy student home in a quiet residential area. This room is available now. There is off street and on street parking available and a large back garden. It is close to good transport links to Warwick University. It also has lockable bike storage and is within cycling distance to Warwick Uni. It is close to small local shops and accessible to larger stores at Cannon Park shopping centre.

The house and garden are fully furnished and in excellent order with everything except bedding and towels supplied. Water, tv licence, fast broadband and Netflix are included in the rental. Gas and electric are currently about £30per month. There is a large shared living room and a separate large shared dining room. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all usual items and has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridges and freezers, oven and hob. It is fully double glazed, insulated and centrally heated.

The bedroom is very large with excellent storage and is fully furnished and equipped.

I do not use an agent and I have always managed the house myself and try to ensure that each new tenant is a good fit for the current tenants.
