Im looking for a clean and respectful house mate to share my 2bed house in Coventry CV4. Its a very quiet and peaceful location yet close to bus routes and local amenities.
My house is clean, modern and a quiet environment. Im happy to have a short or long term arrangement. The council tax and Internet and water rates are included in the rent the gas and electric is to be shared.
The double bedroom overlooks the rear garden so it's a quiet and peaceful space.

I'm looking for someone to move in to help me with the associated costs of running the house so any potential house mate must have a reliable source of income and be willing and able to clean up after themselves.

The house is located in the Tile Hill area of Coventry around 4 miles from the city centre. Its conveniently located for public transport with regular buses to Coventry City Centre and within walking distance of TileHill train station. Warwick Uni is also easily travelled to and is around 10 minutes by bike. Secure bike storage is also available at the property.
