Spacious double bedroom to rent in quiet area of Coventry. Situated close to Warwick University, Businesses along Tile Hill road and connection links such as Tile Hill train station and A45. Also close to areas like Cannon Park and city centre for shopping.
we do not at present allow a rental person partners to stay over. This would be something we would have to discuss and adjust.

Access to own bathroom/ shower room, not Ensuite, but is dedicated to be used by yourself. This however must be kept clean and tidy by yourself
Room with large comfy double bed plus plenty of storage space; bedside table, main table and large wardrobe.
Use of spacious living room.
Use of upstairs office space and desk, ideal for hybrid workers (amendment to monthly rent may apply). We request that coffee be consumed in Kitchen only. unless you have a sealed coffee cup.
Use of Kitchen with; washing machine, gas hob, medium sized oven, large dining table, large standing fridge freezer and/or optional use of dedicated undercounter fridge freezer, washing machine.
Free use of secured Garden lined with fruit trees and privacy at the back from large canopy trees. Garden is currently undergoing some redesign.
Personal responsibilities
Individual: We are open to all kinds of people from students to working professionals. However such things as late night parties/house parties or constant creation or leaving of mess/ being loud at late times of the night we are not looking for.
We only ask you leave areas as you find them e. g. if their is a mess created please restore the room to how you found it.
Major areas for cleaning outside of your responsibilities (carpets, surfaces and floors etc) myself and my partner will cover.
Bathroom; As a dedicated bathroom it will be your responsibility to look after it.
Personal room: it will be your responsibility to keep the room clean, tidy, mould free etc.
