Hi, I'm looking for a lodger to join me in this spacious home located in Tile Hill/Canley boarder. I’ve recently had the ground floor renovated and the bedroom available has recently had a fresh paint with a brand new bed and mattress. Brand new double glazed windows keep the house toasty!

Back Double bedroom with large picture window available furnished. There is a large built in wardrobe so if you’ve got plenty of clothes you’ll love it here.
The room gets a lot of light in the morning, it’s lovely space. The boiler is located in this room.

I'm looking for a young professional like me who's as interested in staying in and watching crap TV as going for coffee or eating out. I'd be happy with a lodger who occasionally wants to pop to the local for a pint and fancies helping with any DIY as I renovate 😂

I have some friends here in Coventry and went to Coventry University so I'm happy showing someone around who's new. I'm as happy hosting a party as I am having a cheese and wine night so I'd like someone who's similar. I work from home 4/5 days a week.

I like to take day trips out whether that's to the Cotswolds, Oxford, Birmingham, Warwick or further away. I'll often go home to London for a week at a time to see friends and family who will also come up to visit too.
