We are two students looking for a new roomate in our household at Tile Hill.
The house is two-floors and has a garden, shared kitchen, living room and dinning room.
It is a 15 minutes walk to Tile Hill station and a 10 minutes walk to nearby grocery stores. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful.
New tenant must be a student.
Rent is 200gbp per month excluding bills (which can go as high as 100-110gbp during winter months), and the contract is for exactly 6 months, from 1 October 2024 to 31 March 2025 (and unfortunately can't be extended).
