I finished my Warwick degree last month and I’m hanging around for some more study time at Ulaw. I’ve got a spare room in my two-bed on Tile Hill Lane, CV4 9DS. Search “Miss Alter Ego” on Google Maps and you’ll land right outside.
Rent totals £950, so it’s £475 each per month, bills extra. The lease is twelve months at the moment, but the landlord’s happy to tweak it anywhere from six to eighteen.
Location perks:
Co-op next door for late-night snacks.
Two-minute walk to Sainsbury’s, Costco, Starbucks, Domino’s and KFC.
Simply Gym is also two minutes away, so you can get fit right after getting fed.
About me: tidy, fairly quiet, big fan of pub quizzes, and I promise not to steal the last slice of pizza. Looking for someone friendly, considerate and up for the occasional chat over coffee.
