The room is for term-time only - so only pay rent for the 30 weeks of your academic year rather than the 44 weeks you may have to pay for other accommodation. We are a professional working couple (secondary school teacher and a physiotherapist) offering our daughter’s ensuite loft-conversion bedroom to rent during university term time only.

The house is ideally located for both the University of Warwick and Coventry University, with each approximately a 15-minute cycle away. There are also excellent public transport links nearby, including the 6/6A bus route into Coventry city centre.

The room is a spacious loft conversion with its own private ensuite shower room. It is furnished with a single bed, study desk and shelving, making it an ideal space for studying and relaxing.

The tenant will have shared access to the kitchen and all usual cooking and laundry facilities. Please note that there is no tumble dryer available.

On-street parking is available, and buses into Coventry city centre are just a 5-minute walk away. Sainsbury’s and the bus route to Warwick University are approximately a 15-minute walk from the house.

All bills are included in the rent, including utilities, broadband and council tax.

This room would particularly suit a student looking for a quiet, comfortable home environment while also benefiting from not having to pay rent during holiday periods.

We also share our home with two friendly pets: Jane, our 5-year-old whippet, and Nyx, our 3-year-old tabby cat.

A university acceptance letter confirming student status can be provided in place of a standard reference.
