Short Term - Double Room in Tidy House Share

A double room available in a 2 person house share, for short term only. Friendly, tidy, professionals or mature students would be suitable.
We have a furnished double 1st floor bedroom with double bed, side table, desk and large wardrobe storage area. There is a shared open plan dining room/ kitchen, sitting room, bathroom and gardens. It's a fully furnished house and bedding can be supplied.
£95 per week includes bills and wifi. Cleaning is not included in the price, so you will be expected to keep communal areas clean and tidy during your stay.
The house is situated in a quiet no-through road - with roadside parking, close to supermarkets, amenities and bus stops for City Centre and Warwick University.
