One room in the house has a en-suite, so this bathroom is only shared with the 3 other housemates. The house also has a lovely sized garden to the rear which is maintained by the landlord.
The house is close to local amenities (pub/restaurant, shop, park, chemist.. etc)and is close to Warwick Business Parks.
