Beautiful room 5 minutes from Uni of Warwick

I am a PhD candidate looking to let a room in my two bedroom flat. The room is fully furnished. You will be sharing the flat with me. I am looking for someone who is quiet, clean, respects others privacy. Preferably a postgraduate/professionals (open for undergrads). The room is available from September 2016).

The flat comprises of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a lounge and a kitchen (with all appliances). The flat is on the 360 bus route. Moreover, TileHill station is 2 minutes walk. All major trains stop here(to London and to Birmingham). The bus stop is literally outside the building. It takes around 5 minutes to get on main campus on bus and approx 10 minutes on cycle.



Rent is: 350 excluding bills. Bills will be approximately £7 pound per week (per person). Deposit is £400.
