The room has a double bed, two wardrobes, chest of drawers and a 40" smart TV.

Main bus routes are nearby. Shops, takeaways, railway station, Warwick University and Cannon Park shopping centre are within walking distance.. The city centre is 4 miles away.

I'm self employed and would like to find a considerate professional person to rent the room. I have an elderly cat, so an animal lover would be ideal.
