Comfortable room in warm house

I have a room available for rent in Tile Hill CV4 with bills included. I keep the house warm and clean ( I have a cleaner comes in once a week) Theres shared living room. washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and a well equipped kitchen. I have fast internet. There’s car parking and good transport Connections , bus stops almost outside the door and Tile hill railway station is 10 minutes walk. Warwick university is approximately 3 miles away. I’m quite laid back, work fairly long hours with early starts so like to chill when I get home.
