The only additional charges are gas/electric which ranges from about £20-£55 each (pre latest fuel increases) per month dependant on time of year.

The property is fully furnished and equipped. There is a good sized living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and sink. The kitchen comes complete with all kitchen items, cookware, dishwasher and washing machine etc.
