Double/ single room with great amenities

I'm looking for a professional or professional student. Who is organised, clean and sensible.

I'm a 26 year old professional, who's clean, friendly and down to earth. I work 10hr shifts at least 4 days a week.

The property is in a great location which is quite and is located to close to:

Dudley port and Sandwell and Dudley train station, 87 bus stops and Dudley bus station.

The following is a 10/ 15 min walk away:

PureGym and Castle Gate entertainment complex which includes; Cinema, Costa, Starbucks, Village Gym, Nandos, Bella Italian, Frankie and Bennies, Pizza Hut, Haverster, KFC, McDonalds, Burger King, Casino and a Pub.

I have no problem furnishing the room, if you'd like. The room will fit a double bed if you'd like one a single is already there, computer desk, wardrobe with draws and bedside table(s) really worth a look. There's also additional storage available outside the room. You'll have a key for your room and storage.
