We are looking for a kind, considerate and clean person for this household who is respectful of fellow housemates and the neighbours.
No parties, no children staying overnight, full time employed only.
Very large double room available mid August
The room is bright and airy and fully furnished. with double bed, 2 wardrobes, cupboard, mirror.
Large kitchen diner, bathroom, downstairs wc, off road parking for 3 cars, broadband, all bills included, large garden.
The property is on a bus route and also within short walking distance of Tipton Railway station, local shops, and motorway links only 10 mins away. Large supermarkets, local leisure centre, cinema and restaurants only a short drive away.
ANY POTENTIAL TENANTS MUST:-
Be able to afford a months advanced rent
Be able to afford the deposit on day of start of tenancy.
Have a good credit score and prepared for a tenancy check or provide one.
Be employed for at least 6 months, and can supply a letter from your employer.
Having good references from an employer and or from previous tenancy would be a bonus.
Be able to provide proof of earnings and outgoings for the previous 6 months
Be prepared to help keep the house clean and tidy
Be respectful to our neighbours and other tenants, no noise in the house after 10pm, our tenants like a quiet house, no parties
