I'm offering a fully furnished 9 m² guest room for one person.

It has a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair.

Thanks to the house's location on a cul-de-sac, the room is relatively quiet, and there is ample parking.

Bathroom and kitchen are shared.

Shops such as Poundland and Co-op are within walking distance. Tipton Leisure Center, with its gym and swimming pool, is just a stone's throw away.

Public transport: Bus routes 11 (Walsall <-> Dudley) and 42 (West Bromwich <-> Dudley). Tipton train station is 500 m away. Birmingham and Wolverhampton can be reached in 30 minutes.
