It’s a non smoker and pets free house. 15 minutes walk from Tipton station and 17 minutes to Birmingham new street from Tipton station. All are working professional in the house. Shared toilet and kitchen. House has 3 toilets so it’s not an issue. Room comes with television and Wi-Fi included. All bills included.
