Looking for a friendly professional housemate to join a solo, mid 20s, healthcare worker.

Double room available in a 2 bed house with a shared bathroom. Located at the end of a quiet cul de sac in the Tividale Quays estate. Shared kitchen and living room with a view directly on to the canal. Garden and parking space on the drive. Easy street parking for visitors with no permits. All bills included.

Convenient location close to Dudley Port and Sandwell & Dudley Train stations, lots of local bus routes, choice of supermarkets, and close to Russells Hall hospital. 30 min drive to central Birmingham.

Sociable household, but I work every weekend so the house is quiet then. I don’t work night shifts any more but am very used to living with people who do.

I have 2 cats, ideally you also love them. (Yes they insisted on being in the photos.)

Available furnished/unfurnished/part-furnished as per preference, no change to cost. Photos are of the current room setup but we can discuss and see what suits you. I can provide a bed, wardrobe, bedside table, lamps, curtains, smart speaker, and a smart plug. Room dimensions are 3.5m x 2.3m.
