We have 2 double rooms which are en suite, and a single room, private parking, separate laundry room, high speed internet, Sky TV, fantastic location.

All rooms for single occupancy only

Prices will be £550 for the large en-suite and £500for the smaller one. The single bedroom is £350 this includes all bills, Sat TV, Cleaning service etc.,

The property is a short walk to a parade of shops and a few minutes’ drive to West Bromwich/Great Bridge.

The area is well-catered for with 24-hour superstores; a shopping centre and leisure centre close by.

A bus stop to Birmingham city centre is within yards of our property and it is a 15-minute commute to the city centre, we are close to 2 train stations and a main tram terminal are all in walking distance.

The rooms (for single occupancy only) are fully furnished with orthopaedic mattresses, wardrobes and with drawers.

We would prefer to let to professionals.

This property features a fully integrated kitchen with microwave, fridge and freezer, dish washer and washing machine/dryer. There is an attractive Dining area/sitting room with satellite TV and Wi-Fi

There is FREE designated secure parking at the rear of the property.
