Ideal position to commute to Solihull, Birmingham airport or the NEC. Kenilworth is about ten mins away. Warwick University is 3 miles and an easy journey from here.
Short term lets available whilst you are looking for something more suitable are welcome.
Mon to Fri would be fine and the price renegotiated.
My postcode is actually CV49ZG, the postcode on the main advert was put on by me as when I first created the ad as Google did not show this address as it was a brand new estate, so I entered a postcode that is very nearby.
Room is a large single with built in wardrobe and large desk with chair, blackout curtains also.
