Large 17th Century house - Lower Eastern Green

Offering accommodation in a seventeenth century cottage over 3 floors. You get the run of the house though...not just a room! So it's more like a shared house really. There's 4 bedrooms in total.

We have 3 lounges, smart 4k Sky TV, fantabulous hifi systems and fast wifi. It's a quiet area, 2 miles Warwick Univ, 3 miles city centre. Good bus routes to city centre and Warwick Univ.

Looking for a flatmate who will

- bounce around being happy & generally treat the place like their own

- be happy to socialise with friends and neighbours

- feel they can bring their friends / family round

- be security conscious

There's a large front garden with pond, and
a backyard/patio area. Each bedroom can accommodate a double bed.

Have a friendly tabby cat, Filbert. He's eating me out of house and home...more of a furry limpet than a cat really... Oh yes and William the neighbours' b&w cat has decided to move in. He's a genial soul too, particularly if you have some tuna about you (unlikely perhaps, but I've had some weird flatmates....one chap took off the front door because he was bored and oiled the mechanism with Fairy Liquid, having no WD40 oil.)
