Bright lounge / dining/ kitchen area leading onto a secure landscaped garden. Great in the summer!

We have a dog (cross lab/ sloughi) that is house trained and does not smell.
She can be wary of strangers at first as is quite protective, but once she knows you and she’s great. We have had previous lodgers with no issues with her once she knows you. Therefore a like of dogs is a must.

I have rented a room in my property for 8 years to various tenants including hospital workers, JLR employees and city centre workers and contractors as it’s location is very convenient.

I would prefer a Mon-Fri or short term rental.
