Bright, sunny en-suite double room

I often work away from home during the week and I’m therefore looking to let the en-suite double bedroom in my home on a Monday-Friday basis but would consider a full-time arrangement.

The house itself is a 4 bedroom detached property situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on a really nice residential development. As this is my home, I'm looking for someone who will look after and respect it as much as I do.

I'm not looking to rent out more than one bedroom and therefore, for most of the time, the person I let to will have the place to themselves.
