With all bills included (except broadband which is £10 pw), this stunning Single room is available immediately for short stays only. Maximum stay is 4 weeks (or extended on an agreed basis).

Clean, airy & spacious with the basics, the room is situated in a quiet suburb of Sutton Coldfield within easy reach of bus, train and motorway connections amongst other amenities.

A vegetarian/ vegan household that has a non-smoking policy. Use of the usual common rooms allowed.

Do note that Bedding is not provided in the interest of hygiene; only a mattress protector is. You would need to bring your own pillows, duvet etc.

Cleanliness is a must and it is expected without asking, that all areas are kept neat, tidy and clean.

There is a cancellation fee chargeable for no-show after having paid for the room. All Payments are to be made in advance.

Do note that the advance weekly rent paid is for the whole week, irrespective of how many days your stay has been for. It is not calculated on a day to day basis.

In addition, a Refundable deposit of £200 is required prior to taking up the room. This will be refunded as long as there is no damage, loss of key and/ or breakage of any sort caused by the lodger. If there is any such damage, loss of key and/ or breakage, then a percentage shall be deducted from the deposit.
