I own a very clean spacious house in a nice part of Walsall on Sutton Road opposite longhorn pub on main road close to Co Op shop and bus routes
I, m very easy going and my home doesn't have too many visitors
There is one large double room available in a 4 bedroomed house with only myself residing in the top attic room
There is a large shared kitchen. with separate fridge and freezer for new tenant
There is a beautiful large garden to the rear with access also
My home home is spotless and has ample parking on drive
I have no preference about who, what gender, how old ,what ethnic origin etc etc as long as my house is respected and the new tenant has the same respect regarding the general cleanliness and tidiness of my home
Like i say though this is my own home (no mortgage) which I'm willing to share short or long term ,so the little things mean a lot .
My last tenant was a lovely African lady who resided here for over a year
