Room 1: Spacious private ensuite double bedroom. Furnished. Double ottoman bed (great for extra storage), new comfortable mattress, a reading space with swivel chair, 2 large chest of drawers, clothing rail, long mirror, desk and office chair. The room has its own lock for your security. The bedroom is on the second floor of the house (with no other rooms) and is only accessible by stairs. Skylight and another large airy window bring in beautiful natural light. Both have blinds attached. The ensuite has a shower, toilet sink and plenty of storage.
TAKEN: Room 2: Cosy small double room with small double ottoman bed (great for extra storage). Large window facing the very big rear garden with blinds and get lots of natural light. The room is furnished with small double ottoman bed, new mattress, ikea wardrobe with mirror doors, comfy chair and wall shelves. Locks on the doors for security. The room is on the first floor and has its own separate bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. This will be for your sole use, so same benefit as an ensuite.
Great quality duvet, pillows and bedding are available which can be provided for an additional charge if needed.
For short lets less than 3 months: Room 1 can be available at the rate of £195pw.
