Low cost room to rent.

I am looking for someone who is interested in nursing or carer. I am a 73 year old lady who has suddenly been struck with an illness that means I have to sleep downstairs and to needing someone to help with some care duties.
I have an incredible cleaner who comes in twice a week.
I order the main shop on line but may ask you to get the odd thing for me. The duties are not onerous, but may require someone who does not mind emptying a commode now and then. Sadly there is no downstairs loo, and all efforts have failed to get a grant to put one in.
About the area, it is quiet, and has quite a friendly atmosphere. There is a small amount of local shops, though there is a supermarket a short bus ride away. There is a local doctor a short ride away and the dentist is just down the road. The Manor hospital is very close if you don't mind a walk.
The house has all the amenities for your use, I am happy to cook meals for you if you want or to share cooking duties.
The vacancy might suit someone who is unemployed as you will not exceed any employment rules and you will not be paid and whilst you don't pay too much in rent or bills, I would ask that you make a contribution towards food. If you have dietary requirements I can do that. I would urge you to meet me before you make a decision if you are interested that is. Please be aware that I have a young kitten and am likely to be adding at least one more pal for him to play with.
