I will have an ensuite room to rent in my property soon. It is currently unfurnished but will be repainted / carpeted soon.
It will be available from Jan 2025.
Female professional prefferred
Must keep room / place tidy and clean.
Mon - fri only. Welcome back evening on Sundays.
Bills included.
£700 per month
Deposit £875 and will be returned in full if room is kept as found. Deposit form will need to be completed.
Gurantor needed incase tenant cannot pay rent. Forms to be signed / witnessed.
Full use of house and garden.
No couples
No friends over
No pets
No parties
No noise pollution

I am quiet clean laid back female work in bham city. Gym and spend time with my family.
