Double Room Available

Available all week for 6 months.
Hi, 
We are a couple renting out a double or single room at our house in Aldridge. The house is a 3 bed semi with nice sized garden, front parking in a quiet street. The room is fully furnished but this can be altered if you would like to bring your own. We have broadband which is included along with council tax, water, insurance, gas and electric bills. 
We would prefer to have a housemate(s) that's easy going, respectable and they can pretty much treat the place like there own! Furthermore, we have no problem with housemates friends coming over to socialise either.
