It is at the rear of the house with double glazed windows makes it light and airy while being very private and quiet.
The house is in a good area within walking distance of the town centre and university and is on the main bus route for Walsall and Birmingham. There is also ample off street parking.
The existing tenants are all professionals who are quiet, tidy and respectful of the other occupants. I am looking for a tenant who would fit in with this type of house share. There are no application fees for this room.
