House is 10 minutes’ walk from Wolverhampton University (Walsall Campus) and 2 minutes’ walk from the main bus route into Birmingham/Walsall. On road parking is available near by.
You would be sharing the accommodation with the owner (a retired teacher) and her son.
The house has two bathrooms, two living rooms, and a large kitchen with all the usual appliances. The room, which is on the first floor, has a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a bedside table with drawers. A table and bookcase, towels and bed linen could be provided if required.
We would like to share our accommodation with a female university student or a young professional working in either Health or Education. Previous occupants have all enjoyed their stay with us. We would like you to be clean and tidy and easy to get along with.
The rent is £235 per calendar month. Wi fi and utilities are included.
