Double room in nice area of Walsall , bills inc

I own a very clean spacious house in a nice part of Walsall on Sutton Road opposite longhorn pub . I have a current lovely female lodger who is leaving unfortunately at the end of this month
I run a business from home (mostly not there though in the day)
I’m looking for a female lodger preferably who will respect my home as I do myself and is clean and tidy . There is a separate living area (large heated conservatory ) if complete own space required . large kitchen , Netflx , internet , office use etc etc...
I also own several other properties around Walsall and have different tenants with different nationalities , ages etc etc.
I am not bothered about who, what gender, how old ,what ethnic origin you are . Like i say though this is my own clean home which I'm willing to share short or long term ,so the little things mean a lot
