I own a very clean spacious house in a nice part of Walsall on Sutton Road (opposite longhorn pub) .
I run a business from home (mostly not there though in the day)
I’m looking for a female lodger preferably who will respect my home as I do myself and is clean and tidy . There is a large kitchen , own use bathroom (own toilet) which i only use to shower in. Internet , office use etc etc...
I also own several other properties around Walsall and have different tenants with different nationalities , ages etc etc.
I'm easy on age , ethnic origin etc etc . Short or long term tenancy with rental agreement
Previous tenant was a lovely female African lady
