Navigation Point Brand New Apartments

I have a room available in a new apartment with a family bathroom and open kitchen/lounge to let to a single female. It's a new furnished apartment with parking available. It's close proximity to Walsall town and has a retail park and train station. There is also a Morrison's within 2 minutes walking distance and GP. I am looking for someone tidy and professional.
