Me and my partner have a double room to rent in our home. We are looking for a mature professional to rent the room. The room has a double bed, small wardrobe, a computer desk and a 42 inch tv. There is one shared bathroom with bath and shower. The kitchen has everything you need. Cooker, microwave, toaster, blender, slow cookers etc.
There is broadband set up with a chromecast in the bed room.
We are working professionals and want a like minded tenant who will respect the house and look after the room.

There is also a parking space and the university hospital is walking distance with lots of transport links.
Asda, aldi, McDonalds and a garage around the corner for the property. Lots of motorway links nearby also.

No deposit but a full months rent is required up front. £375.

Long term lodger preferred.
